Questions about the Conquista of Chilean Cryosphere

Resumen

Since Chile has not populated the permanently frozen part of its South American territory, this article posits that this is a consequence of an underestimation of the potential of the cryosphere which in turn impedes the realization of economic and cultural activities in it, despite having the technology for conquest icy zones.
